A walk around the track

Today I walked around the track at the community college down the street. It's the second time in the past couple of weeks. I plan to do it more often. It was so enjoyable. I had more energy after I returned home; it's amazing how exercise can do that.

  2. Exercising is one of the healthiest things somebody can do. It has so many health benefits such as more energy, better sleep, and weight control. I try to exercise at least three times a week.

  4. Excercise is always good. I need to get back into an exercise routine so I can stay in shape. This weekend I participated in a parade where I walked a mile and then later walked on the board walk for another mile.

  5. I've tried exercising and it's always a fail with me especially since I am not athletic or active. Walking would be a good start for me.
